We aim to provide the best learning experience to all our students. Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness.
✅ Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a 100% full refund if:
You cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of making the payment.
A refund request is submitted through email or WhatsApp within the allowed timeline.
Duplicate payments are made — the extra amount will be refunded to the same payment method.
📍 Conditional Refunds
Refunds may also be provided in the following situations:
The course fails to start within the scheduled timeframe.
Payment is deducted but you do not get access to your classes or study materials after verification.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Refund will not be applicable if:
You have attended even 1 live class.
You have downloaded or accessed any study material / recorded content.
You are unable to attend classes due to personal issues.
Course access has already been granted for more than 24 hours.
Misuse of course content / violation of policy is detected.
🔁 Adjustment / Course Transfer
Course change request is allowed once within 48 hours of access.
If the new course fee is higher, the difference must be paid by the student.
🕘 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Bank/Payment gateway delays may occur depending on their policies.
